I offer a fascia decompression method called Block Therapy.

This can help improve movement, reduce pain and allow your body to work at its best.

About Me

Wanting to go deeper in my yoga practice, I completed a 350hr yoga teacher training. Once I was leading yoga classes, I continued to further my knowledge studying yoga anatomy, sequencing and pranayama, breath work.

Working deeper with the body led me to fascia decompression. I trained with Block Therapy and am now a Block Therapy Instructor.

Your Questions, Answered

What Is Fascia Decompression?

Fascia is made up of collagen, elastin, and ground substance. It is a connective tissue wrapping your entire body together. Over time, the combination of gravity, injury, trauma and being dominant on one side, our bodies start to collapse in a spiral fashion bringing us out of optimal alignment. Using the wooden block tool and pressure, we can soften and release the tight grip that the fascia has and allow the cells in the body adequate space to function at their best.
